Target Company:
Seeking Environmental and Industrial Cleaning Businesses that offer the following service lines: vacuum trucks, environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, pressure washing, used oil, wastewater treatment, tank cleaning or hyroblasting.
Geographic Area of Interest:
Nationwide, with a focus on MI, IN, OH, PA, KY, TN, VA, WV, NC and SC.
Revenue Range:
$1M - $10M Revenue
Cash Flow Range:
$500k - $2M EBITDA
Valuation/Deal Structure:
Preference for 100% buyout transactions. Our client is generally open to the Seller maintaining an ongoing role in the Company (if desired), can work with existing management or can bring in a new manager.
Automatic Disqualifiers:
Our client is generally not interested in unionized businesses or those designated as a minority-owned, woman-owned, or disadvantaged business entity status. Our client is open to veteran-owner business opportunities.
