Target Company:
Seeking Gasket, Packing and Seal Manufacturing, Fabrication, Converting and Distribution Companies established 15+ years with an owner looking to retire.
Geographic Area of Interest:
Primary area of interest is Ohio and the surrounding states of the Great Lakes Region within a 500-mile radius of Cleveland, OH including PA, NY, MI, IN, IL, and WI.
Revenue Range:
$500k - $10M Revenue
Cash Flow Range:
Up to $2M EBITDA
Valuation/Deal Structure:
Preference for 100% buyout transactions.
Automatic Disqualifiers:
Our client is generally not interested in unionized businesses or those designated as a minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned or disadvantaged business entity status if contracts or sales are conditional upon the status.
About Our Client
Our client acquired a platform company in 2021 located in Northeast Ohio and completed a follow-on acquisition in early 2023 in Central Ohio. Our client is actively seeking additional acquisition opportunities to scale the business, expand capabilities, establish new geographic territories, diversify end markets, and add skilled employees. In Northeast Ohio the company operates a state-of-the-art 33,000 SF manufacturing facility while the Central Ohio company operates a 14,000 SF manufacturing facility both with ample capacity for growth.
