Geographic Area of Interest:
Nationwide in the contiguous states for businesses with $1M up to $3M EBITDA as standalone operations. As low as $0 EBITDA for tuck-in acquisitions.
Revenue Range:
$1M - $15M Revenue
Cash Flow Range:
Up to $3M EBITDA
Valuation/Deal Structure:
Preference for 100% buyout transactions.
